Therapy is a very beneficial tool, that can help shift our prospective when it comes to difficult seasons in life. 

 My psychologist, in one of my therapy sessions told me to write down whatever was bothering me it doesn't matter if the situation was new or old just get it out''

I'm very fortunate and blessed to have parents that believe in therapy.
